This iron mounted, long fowler was stocked in European walnut. The dog lock is finished bright and the barrel and mounts are fire blued. The smooth bore barrel is 46" long and 20 gauge. The fancy pierced side plate, long tanged butt plate with medial ridge, and distinctive stock architecture makes this fowler unusual.
